I enjoyed the ease of communicating with our recruiter. She was extremely helpful and always on top of my needs. She was always available to answer my questions and was able to connect me to the right team member. The benefits of having a recruiter to help me through the process was invaluable. I had to have a recruiter because of the amount of candidates I was getting from my networking. I wish we had a recruiter sooner because the process has been much smoother. I would recommend seeking out a recruiter to help you through the process. I was able to build a rapport with our recruiter and she was able to get me connected to the right team member. I was able to get the help I needed to find the right team member who fit my needs.
