My experience with this product was positive overall, however, there are still some bugs that are unresolved. One such bug is that the system allows me to add items to a shopping cart, but once I click on 'complete' the item does not appear in my shopping cart. This problem has been reported before, and should be fixed soon. -The program seems to work fine, however it is buggy at times, especially when you're dealing with multiple products. -It would be great if they could fix the bug where adding an order to one account doesn't actually save it until you log off or close your browser window (or something like that). If you leave it open for awhile, then go back into the same page and try to complete it again, it will give you an error message telling you that it already exists. But after refreshing it says it's done.
