Review on Roswear by Robert Bigelow

Although Roswear, an online retailer that specializes in apparel, footwear, and jewelry for women, might appear to be a fashionista's dreamland, my experience with the company's products has been nothing short of a complete and utter nightmare. Although they have a large selection of clothing choices to choose from, the quality of their products is not very good in my opinion. The materials that were used were of poor quality and caused discomfort. Additionally, the stitching was sloppy, and there were loose threads protruding from the joints. I also noticed that their clothing did not fit true to size, which made it difficult for me to purchase with them online because I had to return multiple items. To add insult to injury, both the jewelry and the shoes that Roswear sold were a letdown. The jewelry had a low-quality appearance and was not long-lasting; in fact, some of the pieces were damaged after only a few uses. After only a brief time of wearing them, the shoes made the wearer's feet blister and become sore because of their poor construction and uncomfortable design. The user experience on their website was not significantly improved. The website was disorganized, making it challenging to traverse, and the categories often overlapped one another, which led to confusion. My shopping experience was made much more unpleasant as a result of their customer support team's inability to provide assistance and lack of responsiveness. In general, my experience with Roswear was a complete and utter failure in the fashion department. It is abundantly obvious that the company cares more about making a profit than it does about providing its customers with high-quality apparel, footwear, and jewelry. This is evidenced by the company's poor quality products and unresponsive customer service. I would not suggest Roswear to anyone seeking for a pleasant shopping experience or high-quality fashion products because I have never had either of those things happen there.
