We used to buy a device from the same brand and it worked wonders so we wanted to buy another one but it kept disconnecting from wifi. We thought it was a wifi issue so a technician came to us and fixed it and they said the dashcam was broken. So we emailed Revain asking for a replacement dashcam because we already had cameras installed, but they declined. They said to replace everything so we had to buy another one thinking it would work. But no, it didn't work. They tried emailing me personally about the company but we never got a reply except from a robot which didn't help. Not recommended not worth the money
