The mother of an active 4-year-old can have a hard time finding the right winter gear. So I was really excited to try the original Turtle Fur Kids Fleece Neck Warmer, aka The Turtle's Neck Winter Face Mask. The Blaze color was bright and fun and my son immediately loved wearing it. First, the fleece material is soft and warm, keeping the neck area warm even on the coldest winter days. The neck warmer is easy to put on and stays in place thanks to the stretch material. Also, it's lightweight and not bulky, so it won't get in the way when playing outdoors. The only downside is that the size is limited to 3-6 years so my son will probably outgrow it in the next year or two. Also, the product website claims that it can be pulled over the mouth and nose as a face mask, but does not fully cover the mouth. However, it covers just enough to add extra warmth to the facial area. Overall I would give the Original Turtle Fur Kids Fleece Neck Warmer 4 stars out of 5. This is a great winter accessory for kids that provides the warmth they need without being bulky.
