Not what it seems

The furniture lift was just what I needed to move furniture during a renovation project. However, when I tried to move some heavy furniture to install a new floor in my basement, it didn't work. The lever was not long enough to effectively lift the part. The head of the lever rotated, making it unstable. After lifting furniture with the crowbar I have, I placed wheels under each corner of the furniture and tried to move the item. It couldn't be moved. The wheels didn't turn. The order will be returned.
