The sizes vary greatly
I ordered 14 for my 11 year old 5ft 4 (100lbs). It was big! Returned it for 12. It was too small. The armholes were tiny and the torso was short. I may have received a defective dress but now I don't know if I should order 12 more or just go for a big 14. I am not happy.

- This is a beautiful dress but it did not fit my 9 year old daughter in the bust area.
