Good sound quality, but terrible user interface. What do the buttons mean? Even after reading the manual, I'm not sure if that makes sense for me. This should be intuitive even without a manual. I was able to pair my device with my iPhone, but how do I pair it again? The owner's manual directs me to an online manual that doesn't include this model. What about the battery level? It looks like the only way to know is to install their software and connect the device to a computer, and even then I have my doubts about its accuracy. How do I turn it off so the battery doesn't sit? No idea. Both "Mute!" and "Mute!" interrupts are extremely annoying - I could only find one way to eliminate one of them and I'd have to live with the other. Why are tech companies so bad at user interfaces? Why?
