Hair gets tangled and pulled out
I really liked this curling iron. It heats up quickly, is a good size and length, stylish and seems to heat up evenly. There was one major flaw that can't be ignored and which completely kills the deal: the screw holding the clip to the iron catches and pulls on the hair. My hair got tangled almost every time I frizzed and it pulled and pulled the hair off my head (it hurt so bad). I've tried multiple times and tried different methods, angles and products to help and nothing has prevented the pain and snagging. AVOID THIS IRON.
