Works as advertised, should work for most users except for my specific needs (Windows 7 32-bit)

Here's what the product description says: /XP and Mac OS X, Linux and Chrome OS. (USB 3.0 hub, backwards compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1.) "My Windows 7 64-bit PC recognizes it once the driver is found online. My 2 32-bit Windows 7 computers do not recognize it. The support team responded quickly and politely, suggesting that I am looking for a driver, I have tried extensively but to no avail.
