Great product for babies and toddlers, with toddlers you need something safe as they can't spit yet. Xylitol is also a natural ingredient that helps eliminate tooth decay-causing bacteria. There are also no foaming ingredients in this product. As a professional dentist, I assure you that "bubbles" do not magically clean teeth. The scrubbing motion of the bristles on the brush cleans the non-magical ingredients. The ingredients are additives and the real way to clean your teeth is through the action of a toothbrush. Value is great as you get 3 my son loves the flavors. I am a dental hygienist and can only recommend it.
