So far seems to work

I only recently received and started to use this swing trainer. Being a so-so player, I can honestly say it has definitely improved the distance of my drives and smoothness of my swings. With that said, I still need to work with it more to make all of my swings smooth and consistent because that is a huge issue with me. I just do not have even, smooth, consistently constant swings and I am hoping this device with improve this part of my golf game.

Pros

Works well. Helps me loosen up before a range session or round.
