Review on Informatica MDM – Product 360 by Danny Lavimodiere

The ability to have a consistent view of our product portfolio, across our product data, our contract, our inventory, and our configuration. It has been a huge help in being able to have a complete view of our product portfolio. There is a lot of functionality that can be used in other products, but I do not think there is anything that can be used in Informatica that is not available in other products. It has been a huge benefit to our business. It has allowed us to have a complete view of our product portfolio. We are able to track our configuration, track our inventory, track our contract, track our contract status, and track our contract expiration, and all in one place. I like that it helps us keep our inventory up to date so we can be sure there are no out of stock items in any store location. The interface could use some work but its not terrible at this point. We have been able to find many issues using informatics which has allowed me as someone who does most things manually when searching through records or reports etc., to easily see what needs attention immediately rather than having to go back weeks/months later to figure out where something went wrong.
