Compact and easy to carry - ideal for spares or emergencies
I run trails all year round. When it's icy, I prefer to run in my 14-stud SnowLine boots, but they're bulky so I don't always take them with me. The Snowline Chainsen City Spikes are so compact (the size of a purse!) that I can carry them in my running vest "just in case”. This is especially useful in the spring when the trails look dry at the beginning of the trail but the higher ground can be covered in ice.
