The circuit breaker on this tool is completely useless. You can also just take it off as it cannot repair marks. I tried using this to remove a few links from a new chain and the only thought it broke was on its own. The rest of the tool is what you would expect for $8. functional. No more and no less. If it didn't have a circuit breaker I'd say it's totally worth the price and I'd recommend it. Expect to have to tighten the screws holding it together, maybe add some Loctite to keep them from backing out while in the bag. Expect to have to buy another circuit breaker. But it will raise/lower your seat or adjust your brakes while driving.
