Yes try it, the inserts will NOT fit the hole on the I side, try cutting off the excess and the top part if these sleeves contain the insert name (usually under the I side of the CD player's spindle) Case to the edges, I double them, tapes sometimes, if you put a large collection in a box, you can just fold the tops over for "easier to choose", lucky, etc., which protects the discs from bumps.
