They fit perfectly. My daughter wears size 4 Carter shoes and I bought her these size 4 sneakers. I prefer their fit to Carter's boots. My daughter who can be picky about what she wears on her feet has no problem wearing them so I assume they are comfortable. I'm glad I found her. I highly recommend them.
