Review on 💄 Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation: Classic Ivory Shade, 0.5 fl. oz. (Packaging Variations) by Teresa Quinney

I used to have a can of Natural Beige Dream Smooth Mousse - Shade 240 - #1 in the picture. I ordered this "dream matte mousse" in natural beige tone 2.5 - #2 in the photo. As you can see there is a significant color difference and it feels like instant jaundice to me wearing this new one. I've tried mixing them up and mixing them up with other things I have. I love the feel and I love the light finish but the color is just sooooo different than the exact same name in a nearly identical product. The dream mousse is a bit fluffier, so in my opinion it should be less opaque. So I figured the color wouldn't be so dark and yellow. I missed my return time because I didn't start using it right away and was hoping to mix it up with another one. It's not Revain's supplier's fault, of course, but what's Maybelline doing? This is a new version of their "dream mousse" product and the shade is so misleading that I can never order Maybelline online again believing the color will be the same.
