I almost had to return this headset. I couldn't get it to work with my Panasonic DECT 6.0 counterpart. According to Plantronics Help Desk, this headset will only work with a VOIP phone or an old-fashioned corded phone with a basic keypad (no handset). The system connects to the desktop, and the settings can be applied via the GUI - light weight. Disadvantages: - short range. I rode my old headset about 100 feet before it started breaking. This headset is good for about 60 feet before it goes bad and 80 feet before it loses connection entirely. Uncomfortable. This is my fourth full size Plantronics and this one is the most uncomfortable. The first 3-4 hours are fine. But then I feel pressure points. Contains 4 ear tips and 3 ear loops. It has overhead and occipital adjustments.
