I received this item from Revain and it didn't work very well. I had to insert the XQD card multiple times and wait for it to decide to read. My computer crashed when a card was present. I contacted Velogk support and they responded quickly. After failing to do a few simple things, they sent me a new card reader. The one they sent was sealed, Revane's wasn't. Maybe it was a return. The new card works very well. It reads instantly and transfer is fast. I still can't import into Lightroom from a card, but I can't import from my computer's built-in SD reader either. So I have to copy from the card to the hard drive first. It looks like the problem is in LR. I hope Adobe fixes this!
