The customer service was excellent throughout my entire experience with this organization! I have been working in lab management positions at several different companies over 30 years now but never felt so welcomed as when it comes to being treated like one our own family members here through all phases from preneed until after discharge or funeral home release!! They are prompt regarding scheduling appointments they don't take insurance well nor do you pay upfront which makes life better once an appointment has taken place if no show then that's ok too. Donations go directly into patient funds instead having money sitting around waiting only adds up costs especially during these tough times. !
