The phone itself is a regular Android device but as Cricket Wireless have changed their networks it will not work on this carrier. If you are using Cricket Wireless and insert your SIM card into this phone, this phone line will be disabled. Little did I know that Cricket Wireless was starting to control which phone you can or can't use and if I did I wouldn't be ordering this phone. Nice phone 2. Phone speed is ok when using liter apps3. The phone charges fairly quickly Cons: 1. The phone does not work with Cricket Wireless2. Battery life isn't the best3: The camera is the worst I've seen on a smartphone, it's like using a clamshell camera. Photos will look very bad and there is no way to fix it. No matter how good the lighting, the images are still dark and difficult to see. Edited: This review is for the RCA Reno Pro. I bought the RCA Reno Pro thinking it would be an upgrade to the regular Reno. for use on Tracfone. Well it isn't. The only plus is that the screen is bigger and the phone is very slow, so you can't play even the simplest games like Coin Master. Every time I try to play a game on my phone it crashes and it's so slow it's not even funny. I don't understand RCA because your company made a phone of this size a few years ago and it came with 3 gigabytes of RAM. Why didn't your company just use 3 gigabytes on the RCA Reno Pro? I don't understand because it has to be a newer model and it has to be an update for this phone.
