Turns on randomly

These lights are cool at first, but then they get annoying very quickly because they're always on, whether it's midnight or night. And no, the remote does not knock. Hence, they waste energy. This has happened multiple times in one evening and is most annoying when you go away for a few days only to find the light in your house burned blood red. The lights were easy to mount to the edge of our stamped concrete with double-sided 3M tape and stayed well curved even on those 105 degree days.
