I sent it to the Philippines for my brother to use. The laptop is great, fast and my brother loves it. But the thing is, he found a broken part of the laptop so I contacted HP and Revain. After going back and forth with HP, HP basically told me that the laptop needed to be shipped back to the US so they could fix the laptop. I pointed out that they have global coverage and shipping back to the US would be more expensive than the repair itself. But I was told that since the model is not sold in the Philippines, they cannot repair it in the Philippines. This is the main reason why I chose this product due to the promise of global coverage. But no, it's not true. Revain's support team was great and very willing to help me. They were even willing to pay for a return label that we would have to hand out. But after all the shipping and customs costs, I still have to pay at least $200 more than the actual value of the product, so my brother decided to keep it.
