Review on Tackle Playset Curious George Fishing by Jim Linquist

My husband is a fisherman and every fishing toy is on his must buy list for our son. At the same time, the "Tackle Box" is very thin, but it holds everything. There is velcro at the end of the rod so you can catch soft felt fish, but as the rod is made of the same material as those fish it mostly just sticks to itself. George's odd book was a little disappointing (and I love CGI) , because it ends up teaching your child that "kite flying is more fun than fishing," which seems counterintuitive to the point of even acquiring this toy. No complaints, I got it for the cuteness. There are probably better fishing toys for kids out there, but this one isn't bad.
