I bought this over a month ago and it quickly overheated and made incredibly loud creaking noises when mixing. I didn't want to replace it because it was an expense I didn't want to deal with this issue but then I decided to go ahead and replace it. It turned out that my original faulty machine had been replaced with another faulty machine. What are the chances of this happening. The rotating head cracked the first time I used it right out of the box and I had no idea until I saw little tiny bits of metal in my dough, metal shavings were building up in the dough and I had to throw it out. Outside. The only machine I like to add to my kitchen, a reputable brand, fails twice! It'll blow away, I don't want to try it a third time, I don't even want a blender anymore.
