We bought this for our 10 year old son as a stocking filler and he loves it! He wore an adjustable LEGO watch and we felt it was definitely time for him to do something more adult. He loves that it glows in the dark, is backlit so he can see it even better in the dark, shows the date and time, is waterproof so he can leave it on and not worry about it getting wet, etc He feels very well . mature with this watch. For all parents with us he is probably the skinniest child. We have a really hard time finding pants that are long enough to fit and tight enough around the waist. Even with pants that have an adjustable waist, this can be difficult as they tend to baggy. In any case, if your child is like this, you know that finding a watch is also a problem! This watch really fits and one mark less to adjust! This is victory! The only thing I can't say yet is how well it will hold up as I only received it last week. I hope it holds up as it seems.
