Review on PLATO SCIO - FMEA by Clayton Jimenez

The software is great at generating failure modes for me to look through in detail. It can also be used as an effective tool for Risk Assessment. I have been able to create my own process flow diagrams using this software, which has enabled us to build and improve our quality assurance process. There are some steps that feel more like 'workarounds' rather than part of the normal process. We've had to set up our own processes around it as opposed to it being integrated into the main process we use. It's helped us identify areas to focus on for improvement.
