Overall, these headphones represent excellent value for money. The sound quality is much better than my previous headset (Logitech G933) and according to people I speak to online, the mic is better than theirs too. The directional sound is accurate enough to be used for FPS games like CS:GO, which is one of the core games I use it for the most. Music playback is also excellent. The only issue I've had with this headset is an annoying issue where I suspect some part of the USB dongle is getting hot, or some other driver-related issue. This doesn't happen very often, but sometimes the audio gets very static and distorted, which is usually fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting. It's only really annoying during a gaming session as I have to turn it off and then reset the in-game audio outputs to get the game audio back. that you can't do anything in the middle of a firefight without dying. I take that as the G933's ever-decreasing battery life on any given day. Update: My rating was changed to 1 star due to the following reason: The "static problem" does not occur every 30-60 minutes in games. I am replacing this POS and will never buy this brand again - still haven't received a response from Sennheiser support on this issue, it's been almost a week.
