So I originally bought the purple version with bats. I installed and set everything up and really enjoyed it! I ended up going for the second one, and oh my god I like it too! I read reviews about it from others. So I knew that some of the glitter might come off if I "sculpted" the tree, which didn't really matter, I saw very little and it wasn't distracting at all. It's very easy to shape and put the branches in place, but be careful with this as there are wires with lights going through everything. The timer works great! I'm willing to turn on now for 6pm so I can see and see that glow without having to get up and turn them on or remember to turn them off. I love these features as much as most lights that I keep forgetting to turn on. EXTRA BONUS: Either I missed this information when reading the description, but both of my trees came with these little vinyl figures. No more than 1" tall but they are adorable and I have added them to my Halloween decorations. You were perfect! For those interested in space, I have one of these on a short bookshelf and it fits on top easily, I had the other on my robe but then added it to the top of my entertainment center. be a decoration in another room and it fits there perfectly. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted it. It's worth it.
