Okay I posted a 3 star review below and came across a far from perfect cartridge (the second in the pack - the first cartridge was fine). This company saw the review and immediately offered to send a replacement. Done, the cartridge is ok. They back their products and have a guarantee on them so I felt bad for not reading/seeing that. This is outstanding customer service and I feel like I now have a permanent toner refill business. I own my own small business and it's nice to find standard companies to turn to for various business needs and I no longer have to search for these items. ------ -- -----------You get what you pay for with these aftermarket cartridges. The first was pretty good, but the second is dirty after about 150 prints. I don't need very clean prints to get by with this but brand name cartridges are definitely better but I hate their prices.
