Great product but the packaging needs to be more careful.
The inner packaging of this product (ie the manufacturer's packaging around the product) has been completely destroyed. The box was broken, had a hole in it, and was sealed with tape in several places. The Amazon shipping box was intact. I can't imagine how the person who packed this thought it was possible to ship a product with such visible damage. Luckily only one of the spindles was broken when the package was opened. Also, the product itself is great! I chose to keep the item despite small damages to avoid the inconvenience of sending it back and waiting for a replacement.
