Hey, folks! I'm sorry to be the one to break it to you, but my time spent with DEAFRAIN was not nearly as satisfying as I had hoped it would be. When it comes to quality, despite the fact that this online store may appear to be shiny and promising, it is comparable to an apple on the outside with a rotted center. Their customer support is as difficult to navigate as a maze, which is very frustrating. It took a very long time for someone to respond to my inquiry, and once they did, their statement was evasive and not very helpful. It appears as though they have absolutely no concern for the people who buy from them. It turned out that the rain jacket I purchased from DEAFRAIN was not nearly as good as I had hoped. It's very much like a colander that allows water to enter from any direction. To be honest, for all the good it did me, I might as well have put on a garbage sack instead. Their fan store is nothing short of a cruel joke, selling items that are poorly made and do not resemble the images at all. The replica jersey that I purchased looked suspiciously similar to those that are sold at dollar stores. The colors had lost their vibrancy, and the stitching along the edges was starting to come undone. In terms of their various accessories for garments, they appear to be poor imitations of the genuine article. The hats are made of thin material and have an odd design, and the socks are incredibly thin to the point where you can see right through them. They have the appearance of being constructed of tissue paper. Overall, DEAFRAIN is not something I would suggest to anyone else. It's like seeing a mirage in the middle of the wilderness that looks like an oasis but turns out to be nothing but a letdown. Put aside some of your cash and go shopping somewhere else.
