Review on πŸ”ͺ Enhanced Swivel Peeler by OXO Good Grips by Dana Martin

VERY sharp in scissor blades

Wow! He's doing great. It has a blade guard which I expected to be just plastic to "spice up" a fairly ordinary tool. Not correct! I've been peeling potatoes since I was 12, that's a long time ago. Don't do this anymore, but I really wanted to try this. With the first two hits, strips of potato skins come off. With the third stroke, my thumb bleeds. Pulling the peeler up to my thumb is the easiest and most convenient method, although you can go the other way as if chopping off arrowheads. I have pretty good coordination so I've never cut myself with kitchen knives or anything, but it's a weapon! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because it's so spicy. It would be dangerous to throw blades unprotected in a drawer, as would having children help clean items. Otherwise he would have many stars.

Pros
  • Oversized soft handle for repetitive motion
Cons
  • Not bad
