I give 3 stars because of the length of the stick.
Like. A good length pole, that's what I was looking for. But the truth is, you can't get a really good exfoliant with it. I love the way the different heads pop up and slide out, but you have to press it against the wall with a lot of pressure to use it or it will flap everywhere. It's also not very strong, it gets thin and pieces keep coming off. I thought it was just because it was new but I've used it at least 6-8 times and it still leaves bits of it on the tile.
