Got this to replace an old mesh system. I live in a 3,600 square foot house and wanted an all encompassing situation. I placed it on the second floor, almost right in the middle. It was easy to set up with the Tether app and I'm very happy with the speed. On a wired connection, I max out my connection at 800Mbps and get over 850Mbps on 3 different speed test sites. Wi-Fi gives me 100 Mbps to 270 Mbps on 5G throughout the house and over 60 Mbps throughout the house. huge house. To be clear, a speed of 60Mbps will satisfy anyone who doesn't do significant downloads. For example, you will stream any content in 4k format. I've attached two speed test images. One of the corners on the first floor of the house, 21 ms when downloading more than 70 Mbit / s and when uploading 15 Mbit / s (almost the maximum when downloading). The second is wired and shows over 800Mbps and over 17Mbps (max on this one).
