Love this product! It came quickly. Out of the box, very easy to use... Plug it in, wait a few minutes, after setting the heat level, literally start combing your hair! If you have straight or semi-straight hair, simply brush it out as usual and your head will be done in about a minute! As for my daughter who has wavy/curly hair and gets very unruly, I first combed her hair with a regular brush, but then I took a straightening brush and she literally straightened her hair in less than two minutes! This product is definitely very easy to use! You also have buttons to adjust the heat level! You don't even have to be too hot! You can keep it in a nice warm environment! The device is a bit heavy so don't try to do it too fast like you would with a regular brush, you might hit your head lol! I definitely give this place five stars! Because it's so easy to use, its cleanliness is amazing, and you can literally straighten a person's entire head in 1-5 minutes, depending on the condition of their hair!
