Excellent quality product. Slightly odd taste on the way down but that doesn't bother me. I find myself sleeping a little better and preferring it to melatonin. When I was using melatonin I had the most horrible dreams. It doesn't lead me to that kind of sleep and I'm peaceful when I wake up.
