Thick, high quality bands

I just got my bands in today, but they are AMAZING so far. They are much thicker and more stable than other bands I have bought in the past. The appear to be high quality and so many options to use them for such as ground work, squats, bench and other great upper and lower body options. Comes with a few exercises in the pamphlet, but also gives you places to go to get more information on exercises. This will be a very nice addition to my home gym and also for when I go out and about to parks to workout. Comes with a nice bag to keep them in as well.
