I noticed that someone commented earlier that they received a different jacket that looks similar to the original; I'm sick of buying it, but I pulled the trigger. I received the original jacket from First Manufacturing and am very happy with it. It was heavier than expected but once the weight is gone. I rode at over 70mph today in overcast weather and 56 degrees Fahrenheit in just a t-shirt and jacket. Needless to say, I was completely warm. A thick sweater underneath probably wouldn't fit me as the jacket is true to size. The thin fleece underneath sits very well. I haven't tried armor yet. It's a really comfortable jacket that's ready to wear out of the box and doesn't require a lot of breaking in. The bottom button doesn't close on me when I'm on the bike (I don't need to) but it closes when standing. I must add that I am in good shape and have an athletic build in the middle part of the body. I thought about going back to medium but the arm length is perfect for me on small. My measurements are 5'6", 150 pounds, 36" chest. The chest area is a bit looser compared to the waist, but I benefit from that when I'm donning a thin fleece and in the riding position. I look forward to new journeys with this jacket!
