I bought these boots for my 15kg poodle to wear when we walk on hot or salty pavement in winter. Haven't used them in winter yet so this review is based only on our experience with them in summer. Overall I am very happy with the performance of these boots. They have withstood use on asphalt, grass and gravel. I'm curious how long they last. They fit the size chart and seem comfortable for my dog. It took a slow introduction and a little getting used to, but she runs great with them. They get dirty FAST and are a bit difficult to clean, but they still look ok. because my dog overheated in it. We took our first walk with them when we were in our 60's and we stayed in the shade for most of our walk. She felt great having more sun and heat exposure than her previous outings. Dogs cool off with their paws, among other things. I think these boots may complicate this process, but I can't say for sure. I recommend these boots. I think they do their job, just be careful when using them.
