These are really nice sweaters. However, the 4 stars is for poor quality control. First - the sweater came to me shoved into a small package so by the time I received it, it was so wrinkled I had to iron it, before I could wear it. Second - there are variations in the coloring but it is not very noticeable unless you look really close. Third - there was a chemical smell that didn't last too long. I have been a loyal customer of these sweaters for several years, and have always had trouble with snags and color differences. I looked at all of the sweaters I have in my closet and realized that the arm lengths are not the same - they also vary by sweater. I have decided to keep this one - but wanted to warn other buyers that you need to inspect these closely when you receive them. One more thing, these sweaters start pilling after wearing several times. In face I've thought about purchasing one of those little gadgets that takes off the pilling, otherwise you have to keep buying new sweaters.
