Unlike any other dental product I've used, this is a foam that pushes out of the can. It's very airy and that's why you have to use it a lot. Not easy to sit on a toothbrush. You might just want to squirt straight into your mouth, like eating whipped cream straight out of a jar. They have a great green apple flavor that tastes great without being overly sweet. That's the best I can say about this toothpaste. It really doesn't do much as a mouth cleansing product. Too much air and not enough substance. You might be able to do a little surface cleaning, but don't even think about it if you need a deep plaque or garlic clean. Nothing really special to maintain good breathing. It can be good as a quick and easy midday rinse, especially at work or school to just squirt in your mouth when you don't want to escape and use your toothbrush in a public restroom. I've tried a few Al'iver products and they've all been pretty good as they were 4 or 5 star products, but they really need to go back to the drawing board for that. It would probably help a lot if they used less air and they condensed more. As such, it does almost nothing but a pleasant sense of pure flavor.
