I was very excited about this set. I wanted curlers with different size options as well as wand and clip options so this fits the bill perfectly. Many others here were just wand style. Unfortunately I ordered it on the assumption that I would be able to select the heat levels and instead there was just a switch on the base that I could use to select heat levels off, level one or level two. There was no up or down to change the temperature. The temperature is not displayed, only the LED lights up. Either you exhausted yourself at 400 I guess or your heat is low. I tested it on the second level and it definitely burned my hair, which I never had a problem with on my old wand that I can heat. Not sure if they just changed it or something because I see some reviews definitely have heating options. But it's definitely not what they sent me.
