So I bought it as an adult to help with Invisalign aligners. I haven't had any issues with breakage or leaking teethers. I bought gel. I like them for Invisalign because they are quite large compared to rubbers while being able to put pressure on both sides of the mouth. They are strong enough, but at the same time flexible enough to apply pressure exactly where it is needed. While writing this review, Revain also asked me if they were easy to clean. Clean according to packaging before use. I just rinse them under warm, soapy water. I usually chewed on the same for a few days and kept it in a bowl by the couch. I understand from another review that some parents tried to cook them. I mean, I think it might be common for baby stuff, but I didn't find it weird to just rinse it under the tap with dish soap, which seemed enough to clean it.
