We have four children and a small house with no entrance and very little storage space. I wanted to create a special place where they can hang their coats and winter pants and store their hats and mittens. It turns out that finding an organizer with four storage compartments and at least four hooks that is less than 48 inches wide is very difficult. has worked well for us for the past few months, there are nine hooks (enough for a coat and winter pants for each child) and four cubes big enough to hold at least a hat and pair of mittens. not the strongest ever so we don't hang backpacks from it but it works fine for light items. We hung it at eye level with the kids and bought a shoe tray to put underneath and it cost a lot less than the expensive locker facilities I have looked.
