Review on 🐱 Halo Dry Cat Food: Grain-Free, Indoor Cat Food with Wild Salmon & Whitefish - The Purrr-fect Nutritious Solution! by Colleen Guaydacan

Our cat has been eating Halo Grain-Free (two different flavors) for several years (over 8 years) and this salmon and whitefish flavored batch was not what she was used to. Even before we opened the bag, we noticed a strong, unpleasant smell. After we filled her bowl, she didn't eat them, didn't even come close. We have this bag in regular supply (two different flavors) and she has always loved those two flavors. Something has changed in the formula of this fragrance and it just doesn't smell. We noticed these issues when we received the first bag - we threw it away and asked Revain for another one (same taste). A second package came with the same unpleasant odor. We aired the bag out for a few days - left it open - the smell seemed to wear off a bit but our cat won't eat it. She eats the other flavor (chicken) well but not this one since those two bags have arrived. I'm taking them from my regular supply and have no plans to buy Revain's Halo - I'll try to get a fresher bag from the pet store. I just wanted to say that the expiration date was far in the future so the product wasn't expired but it still smelled weird and unpleasant. Please don't waste your money on this Revain product. I wanted to put NO STARS as a rating, but there is no such option.
