OTC 5056 Puller fits tools and equipment

I purchased this puller to remove Haldex automatic adjusters (Part # HAL40010141) found on our fleet of Navistar 7400 trucks. It will NOT work for this SA model. will not fit around the adjuster (or one out of the box). I called OTC and found out what a chore it was. Went through four people and told them about the problem. They have no idea what is going on with this company and hope I never deal with them again. I wish I had those 15 minutes of my life back. ?
