Review on Amika Curl Corps Defining Cream: Enhance and Define Your Curls! by Melinda Oliver

I love Amika products and use Amika almost exclusively to straighten my hair. I have 2B/2C wavy hair and I started the transition to my natural hair and was so happy to see that Amika have products for curly hair. I can usually justify the price of these products because they are great, especially the dry shampoo. However, I cannot say the same about it. The best part is that you only need a very small amount to last a long time. If you use too much TAD your hair will look like you dunked it in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010. It makes curls very soft and bouncy, but it weighs your hair down faster. I personally love the look of longer curls as I want my hair to look longer so I don't mind if it gets heavier on the second day. I use this in combination with a gel and it makes it very easy to refresh the curls on the second day. However, I can't give 5 stars here as I get the best results with drugstore products like Shea Moisture. It's not bad, it's just not great and doesn't compete with drugstore alternatives that cost half the price.
