Works great in wall controls
We just bought a Lowes Harbor Breeze fan (#0044622) and it came with a wireless remote control. Not a big fan of the wireless remote because you either can't find the remote or the weird battery may be dead. I bought this wired wall switch, also from Lowes, and installed it today. The instructions are clear but I've done this before so I know what I'm doing. Basically you need 120V (12-2) at the fan assembly and 3 wires (12-3, plus ground) to the wall switch. It's easy to understand from there. Works great.
